Tea
A wide choice of teas: herbal, fruit, black, green and white
Every tea CHF 5.50
Herbal tea
- Moroccan mintThe more sun this refreshing mint gets, the stronger its scent and flavour. This mint from Ariès had plenty of sun and was picked by hand. Only fresh mint flown in from Morocco tastes better.
- Lemon verbenaorganicElegant, fresh and with a subtle hint of lemon: our organic verbena tea is a treat all year round and is delicious cold, too.
- Ginger lemonGinger, carefully balanced with lemongrass, lemon thyme and pieces of apple. A fruit and herbal tea that warms and refreshes at the same time. No added flavourings.
- ChamomileorganicSoothing, aromatic and pleasantly mild with a subtle, sweet floral note: our organic chamomile is gentle on palate, stomach and soul. A lovely tea for every day.
- C'est la vieLemon verbena, lemon mint, yarrow, hibiscus, cornflower, marigold
- Autumn teaAngelica, yarrow, ginger, cornflower, heather, marjoram, nettle, lemon verbena, pine bud, savory, rose petals
- Jura herbal teaBirch leaves, nettles, yarrow flowers and leaves, sage, bedstraw, marigold, poppy flowers
- Einfach soSeveral kinds of mint, hibiscus, marigold
- Detox free your mindForget your worries with this detox blend: the sweetish taste of aromatic nettle with refreshing notes of mint. Nettle, fennel, juniper berries, lemon balm, rosehip, liquorice root, spearmint, dandelion root, peppermint, rocket root
- Yerba mateGenuine Argentinian yerba mate
Fruit tea
- Apple cinnamonApple and cinnamon
- Pear dreamPear, cardamom, lemon verbena, mallow
- Fruit Paradisecaffeine-freeExotic in taste and ingredients, ideal for an evening break. Grape, hibiscus, banana, liquorice root, orange peel, marigold petals, cinnamon, mango, apricot
- Home sweet homeGreen tea, carrot, natural pear flavour, apple pieces, sea buckthorn, marigold petals, lime
White tea
- Pai Mu Tan (Bai Mu Dan)A light taste of dried fruit, pleasantly creamy and smooth.
Black tea
- Assam East Frisian blendAn East Frisian blend is always a strong Assam blend, and the tea of course comes from Assam in India, not from Germany. A strong, malty black tea for people who stand firm in a stiff North Sea breeze.
- Assam CTCCrush–tear–curl is a special way of processing strong, malty black tea from Assam in India. It gives a fine-grained leaf, ideal for strong morning blends such as English Breakfast. Goes very well with milk and sugar and makes a dark, spicy cup.
- DarjeelingA floral, crisp black tea from Darjeeling at the foot of the Himalayas. Darjeelings are the champagne of black teas and can be quite enchanting, even if this summer picking is a little fuller than a spring one.
- Lapsang SouchongA very special blend of a coarse, smoky Souchong leaf and a strong Assam. An afternoon and evening tea, dry with a lightly smoky note and a golden-brown colour.
- Earl GreyFlavoured black tea. Earl Grey is a crisp, fruity invitation to afternoon tea: a blend of Ceylon and Indian teas, refreshingly flavoured with the finest genuine bergamot oil from southern Italy. Bergamots are citrus fruits, a cross between limes and bitter oranges.
- English BreakfastorganicOur organic English Breakfast Broken is a blend of black teas from Assam and Ceylon. Its golden cup is very aromatic and especially good in the morning.
- CeylonCeylon tea grows in the stunning central highlands of Sri Lanka, surrounded by mountains up to 2,500 metres high, where it thrives in the warm, humid tropical island climate.
- Black tea with rose petalsChinese black tea blend with rose petals
Green tea
- Jasmine teaScenting tea with fragrant blossoms has a long tradition in China. Steeped briefly, this jasmine tea is light and bright; steeped longer, it becomes strong and spicy.
- Yun WuA Yunwu ("mist & cloud") from the hills around Xinchang, rolled as gunpowder (pearl tea), hand-picked and processed by machine but in an artisanal way. Powerful, smoky, full, lightly earthy and intense at first, then creamy, sweetish and light.
- GenmaichaGreen tea with roasted rice: a fine, crisp and grassy sencha in perfect harmony with roasted brown rice, which gives the tea its tasty, intriguing, lightly nutty roasted note.
